Client-facing legal terms
Milele Prime $50 Waiting List Bonus
Full Terms and Conditions
These Full Terms govern the Milele Prime Bonus Program. The summary displayed on the promotion page is provided for convenience only. These Full Terms, together with the Milele Prime Client Agreement, contain the complete rules that apply to the Bonus Credit.
Important
By claiming, accepting or using Bonus Credit, you confirm that you have read and agreed
to these Full Terms and the
Milele Prime Client Agreement. If there is any conflict, the Client Agreement prevails.
Current promotion
The Waiting List Bonus provides $50 in Bonus Credit following one qualifying deposit of
at least $100 made up to and including 30 August 2026, platform time.
1. Scope and acceptance
- 1.1 These Full Terms govern every promotional bonus credit awarded by Milele Prime under the Bonus Program.
- 1.2 By claiming or accepting Bonus Credit, you agree to these Full Terms and to the Milele Prime Client Agreement. If the documents are inconsistent, the Client Agreement will prevail.
- 1.3 Milele Prime may amend, suspend, replace or withdraw the Bonus Program at any time in relation to future grants. Unless these Full Terms expressly provide otherwise, a change will not remove Bonus Credit already credited to your account.
- 1.4 Milele Prime may decline to grant Bonus Credit to any person at its discretion and is not required to provide a reason, subject to applicable law.
- 1.5 The promotion page identifies the bonuses available at any time, together with the amount, minimum deposit, eligibility conditions and end date that apply.
2. Definitions
- 2.1 Account means the relevant Milele Prime trading account.
- 2.2 Balance means the funds recorded in the Account from your deposits and the results of closed trades.
- 2.3 Bonus Credit or Credit means the promotional amount credited to the Credit field of the Account.
- 2.4 Client, you or your means the person who holds the Account.
- 2.5 Client Area means your Milele Prime profile through which Accounts, deposits and withdrawals are managed.
- 2.6 Connected Accounts means accounts linked by identity, device, payment method, telephone number or trading behaviour.
- 2.7 Equity means the live value of the Account at a given time. Equity is calculated as Balance plus Credit, plus or minus the floating profit or loss on open positions.
- 2.8 Own Funds means your deposits and profits together: everything in the Account that is not Bonus Credit. For the withdrawal calculation, Own Funds equals Equity minus Credit at the relevant time.
- 2.9 Platform Time means the time displayed by the trading platform and used to determine promotion deadlines.
- 2.10 Promotion Page means the bonus or promotion page on the Milele Prime website.
- 2.11 Stop Out means the automatic closure of open positions by the trading platform when the Account no longer has sufficient margin to support them.
3. Eligibility
- 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country if that age is higher.
- 3.2 You must hold an active Client Area and accept these Full Terms before the Bonus Credit is granted.
- 3.3 The Waiting List Bonus is limited to one grant per person across all Accounts and Client Areas. Milele Prime may use identity documents, device data, payment cards and telephone numbers to enforce this limit.
- 3.4 Milele Prime employees, and any person acting together with an employee in relation to the promotion, are not eligible.
- 3.5 Clients in countries or jurisdictions that Milele Prime does not accept are not eligible.
- 3.6 Clients registered under an Introducing Partner are excluded from the Bonus Program by default. A partner-specific arrangement may be made only where Milele Prime and the partner agree the applicable terms before the program is enabled for referred clients.
- 3.7 The Waiting List Bonus is available only to clients who joined the Milele Prime waiting list. Clients who did not join the waiting list are not eligible for this promotion.
4. The Waiting List Bonus
- 4.1 The Waiting List Bonus provides $50 in Bonus Credit after one qualifying deposit of at least $100. Separate smaller deposits cannot be combined to reach the minimum amount.
- 4.2 The promotion applies to qualifying deposits made up to and including 30 August 2026, Platform Time.
- 4.3 Subject to eligibility checks, the Bonus Credit is normally posted to the Credit field of the Account within minutes of the qualifying deposit.
- 4.4 Before the Bonus Credit is posted, you must confirm the following statement in the Client Area: “This bonus is real margin. It can be lost exactly like my own money. It cannot be withdrawn. Profits I make are mine.”
- 4.5 Example: you deposit $100, receive $50 in Bonus Credit and begin trading with total Account Equity of $150, before any open profit or loss.
- 4.6 Bonus amounts are applied in the Account currency using Milele Prime’s applicable conversion rate on the date the Credit is posted.
5. How Bonus Credit operates
- 5.1 Bonus Credit forms part of Account Equity, may be used to support margin and may absorb trading losses.
- 5.2 Bonus Credit can be lost through trading. Your Own Funds are used first, followed by the Bonus Credit.
- 5.3 Milele Prime does not remove Bonus Credit while the Account has open positions, regardless of the level of Equity. Open positions are closed only through the trading platform’s normal Stop Out process.
- 5.4 If closed trades leave the Balance negative, the used portion of the Bonus Credit is written down once the Account has no open positions. Milele Prime will reduce the Credit by the absolute value of the negative Balance and reset the Balance to zero as one paired adjustment. The Account’s Equity does not change during that adjustment.
- 5.5 Example: if the Account is flat with a Balance of −$30 and Bonus Credit of $50, the Balance is reset to $0 and the Credit is reduced to $20. The Account remains worth $20 before and after the adjustment.
- 5.6 If the negative Balance is greater than the remaining Bonus Credit, all remaining Credit is removed and the residual negative amount is reset to zero. You will never owe Milele Prime money as a result of a negative Account Balance.
- 5.7 Any profit you make belongs to you, including profit made after your original deposit has been lost and trading continues using remaining Bonus Credit.
- 5.8 Bonus Credit cannot be transferred to another Account or to another person.
6. Withdrawals and transfers
- 6.1 You may request a withdrawal at any time. There is no minimum trading-volume requirement under the revised Waiting List Bonus.
- 6.2 Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly. It may leave the Account only through trading losses, the proportional reduction described in this section, expiry, reversal of the qualifying deposit or enforcement of the fair-use rules.
- 6.3 Each withdrawal reduces the active Bonus Credit by the same percentage as the proportion of Own Funds withdrawn. The calculation is: Active Bonus Credit multiplied by Withdrawal Amount divided by Own Funds at the time the request is processed.
- 6.4 Example without profit: you deposit $100 and receive $50 in Bonus Credit. If you withdraw $50, you withdraw half of your Own Funds, so the Bonus Credit is reduced by half, from $50 to $25. If you withdraw all $100 of your Own Funds, all remaining Bonus Credit is removed.
- 6.5 Example with profit: you deposit $100, receive $50 in Bonus Credit and make $100 in realised profit. Your Own Funds are $200. If you withdraw $100, you withdraw half of your Own Funds, so the Bonus Credit is reduced from $50 to $25. If you withdraw $150, you withdraw three quarters of your Own Funds, so the Bonus Credit is reduced to $12.50, subject to rounding.
- 6.6 A transfer between your own Accounts is treated as a withdrawal for the purposes of this section. A request to close an Account or the Client Area is also treated as a withdrawal request.
- 6.7 If the Account has open positions and the requested payment, together with the related Bonus Credit reduction, would cause the Account to fall below the applicable Stop Out threshold, Milele Prime will close the open positions at the available market price before applying the reduction and processing the withdrawal. By submitting the withdrawal request, you instruct Milele Prime to take those steps where required.
- 6.8 Completed identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
7. Inactivity and expiry
- 7.1 If the Account records no closed trade for 60 consecutive days, the Bonus Credit expires and is removed once the Account has no open positions.
- 7.2 Only the Bonus Credit is removed. Your deposits and realised profits remain in the Account and remain available for withdrawal. Example: if the Account contains $20 of Own Funds and $50 in Bonus Credit, the $50 Credit is removed and the $20 remains.
- 7.3 Any closed trade restarts the 60-day inactivity period.
- 7.4 Milele Prime will send warning emails before the scheduled expiry date.
- 7.5 Bonus Credit is never removed for inactivity while the Account has open positions. The expiry adjustment is deferred until the Account is flat.
8. Fair use and abuse
- 8.1 The Bonus Program is intended to support genuine trading activity. Bonus Credit is not a cash gift.
- 8.2 Abuse includes, without limitation: placing opposite positions in the same instrument across Connected Accounts, whether held with Milele Prime or coordinated with another broker; claiming bonuses through more than one Client Area; using another person’s identity or documents; or entering into any arrangement designed to extract promotional value without genuine market risk.
- 8.3 Where Milele Prime reasonably identifies abuse, it may refuse or remove Bonus Credit, cancel profits generated through the abusive activity and close the Accounts involved. These actions may be taken without prior notice, subject to applicable law and the Client Agreement.
- 8.4 If a qualifying deposit is reversed, charged back or disputed, the Bonus Credit granted in connection with that deposit may be removed immediately.
9. Risk disclosures
- 9.1 Trading leveraged products involves a high level of risk. Bonus Credit increases the trading capacity of the Account and may also increase the speed at which losses are incurred.
- 9.2 A Stop Out results from market movement and insufficient margin. Milele Prime does not cause a Stop Out by removing Bonus Credit while positions are open; the Credit remains on the Account during open trading.
- 9.3 You remain responsible for your trading decisions and for the consequences of those decisions, including positions closed by Stop Out.
- 9.4 Examples in these Full Terms are stated in U.S. dollars for convenience. The same rules apply to Accounts denominated in other supported currencies using Milele Prime’s applicable conversion rate.
10. General provisions
- 10.1 These Full Terms form part of your agreement with Milele Prime and are subject to the Client Agreement.
- 10.2 If any provision of these Full Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- 10.3 Any matter not expressly addressed in these Full Terms will be determined by Milele Prime management fairly and in accordance with the Client Agreement and applicable law.
- 10.4 These Full Terms take effect when published on the Milele Prime website and apply to Bonus Credit granted after that time. Bonus Credit granted before publication remains subject to the terms communicated for that grant, unless Milele Prime subsequently confirms in writing that the Account has been migrated to the revised terms.
A plain-English summary of these terms is published on the Bonus page. Every other Milele Prime legal document, including the Client Agreement, is published on the Legal and Regulatory page.
